I was only in one scene directed by the legend, the great, the slut-astic Ms. Sasha Grey and it was AMAZING. She is such a great director. She is unlike any other I have worked for before! One thing she does that I loved was carry a notebook with her (I am a huge fan of the notebook, making lists and whatnot) and really directs. She writes down before hand what she wants a scene to be and from what I could tell doesnt venture off from her written notes. She is very hands on and if perhaps something doesn’t match her notes or if her actors have suggestions she checks her notes, sees if it works, then acts accordingly. As a pornstar who likes to offer my opinion frequently I LOVE THIS. Because most directors will just shut your idea down and make you feel like a fucking moron for thinking you, the talent, had a good idea. What she would do is see if the idea worked with her notes, if it didn’t she would explain why not and had proof. Directors in porn are kinda like “Im an adult so you do what I say” type mentality. Maybe because she was a rockin pornstar before directing that she understood that you wanna keep your talent happy and feeling confident during a shoot. Being condescending or shutting down suggestions totally affects a scene. You get a pouty pornstar, I promise you that. Not cute. 

In porn, its very instructed. “New position, fix the position, I cant see enough pussy!!!” Which is great, but with Sasha she did heavy directing until it was time for the sex. Then she left it up to Ruby and I to get into the craziest bathroom stall I have ever seen or been in (well besides the one at Double Daughters, a bar in Denver) and fuck. Now maybe it was because we already had a chemistry going before the scene stared and Grey trusted that we could blow that scene out of the water but being able to just fuck and have the director and camera man work around us made the scene more authentic and just BETTER. You be the judge. I have the scene if you wanna see. Its my baby so few have laid eyes on it. 

I wish I could have been in another one of her scenes! I was suppose to actually, like the very next day but I was set up with Jaime Langford and I had to cancel the scene. I refuse to fuck a girl with the word “NIGGERS” tatted on the inside of her bottom lip. Oh but in her defense, it went with her besties’ tattoo that read “FUCK” on the inside of her bottom lip. Girls can be real pieces of shit sometime. Well most of the time. Alas, no more Sasha Grey scenes for me :(
